5.2 Firearm Shipments: All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for transfer. You are responsible for arranging the transfer with a local FFL and paying any associated fees.
5.3 Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on the product, destination, and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
5.4 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the products ordered, shipping method, and destination. These costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5.5 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6.1 Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for most products, subject to the following conditions:

6.2 Firearm Returns: Firearms are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All applicable laws and regulations must be followed when returning firearms.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items: Ammunition, used or installed parts, and certain accessories marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
6.4 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process the returned item.

7.1 Legal Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, in accordance with federal law. Additional age restrictions may apply based on state and local laws.
