Firearm Shipping

General Policy

  • All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • We only accept firearm shipments from and ship to approved, licensed individuals or businesses with a valid FFL.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging an FFL transfer in their area.

Handgun Shipping

  • Handguns are shipped exclusively via UPS Next Day Air services for enhanced security.

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • Adult signature (21 years or older) is mandatory for all firearm deliveries.

Long Gun Shipping

  • Long guns may be shipped via standard ground shipping methods, including UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.

  • Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

Ammunition and Firearms

  • All firearms are shipped separately from ammunition to comply with federal regulations.

  • Ammunition has specific shipping requirements and may incur additional handling fees.

Detailed Shipping Process

  1. Order Placement:

    • Customer places an order through our website or in-store.

    • For online orders, customer agrees to our terms and conditions.

  2. FFL Verification:

    • Buyers must provide a copy of the receiving FFL’s license before shipment.

    • Our compliance team verifies the FFL’s validity with the ATF database.

    • We maintain a database of pre-approved FFLs for faster processing.

  3. Background Check:

    • We initiate the background check process as required by law.

    • Customers are notified of any delays or issues.

  4. Packaging:

    • Firearms are securely packaged in unmarked, double-walled boxes to ensure discretion and protection.

    • Each firearm is wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

    • Security seals are applied to the package.

  5. Documentation:

    • All necessary paperwork, including ATF Form 4473, is completed before shipping.

    • A copy of the invoice and return policy is included in the package.

  6. Shipping:

    • Packages are handed directly to shipping carrier representatives.

    • We do not use drop boxes for firearm shipments.

  7. Tracking:

    • We provide tracking information for all firearm shipments via email.

    • Customers can also track their order through our website.

  8. Delivery:

    • Firearms are delivered to the specified FFL holder.

    • The receiving FFL completes the transfer process and conducts any additional required background checks.

Non-Firearm Products

Accessories and Parts

  • Accessories, parts (excluding serialized components), and other non-firearm products can be shipped directly to the customer’s address.

  • Standard shipping options apply, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Ammunition

  • Shipped separately from firearms.

  • May require special handling fees due to DOT regulations.

  • We only ship ammunition to states where it’s legal.

  • Bulk ammunition orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Optics and Sensitive Equipment

  • High-value optics and sensitive equipment are shipped with additional insurance.

  • Signature confirmation is required for items valued over $500.

Shipping Costs and Timeframes

Cost Calculation

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.

  • We offer flat-rate shipping on certain items and promotions.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Handguns (Next Day Air): 1-2 business days

  • Long guns (Ground): 3-5 business days

  • Accessories: 2-7 business days

  • Ammunition: 3-10 business days (depending on location and quantity)

Expedited Shipping

  • Available for most products at an additional cost.

  • Options include 2-Day Air and Next Day Air for non-firearm items.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping.

  • Exceptions may be made for certain non-firearm accessories to select countries, subject to export regulations.

Returns and Transfers

Firearm Returns

  • Must be returned through an FFL holder.

  • A $55 handling fee applies for returned firearms, plus shipping costs.

  • The original box and all included accessories must be returned to avoid additional fees.

Non-Firearm Returns

  • 30-day return policy for most non-firearm items.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Unclaimed Firearms

  • Incur a $5 per day storage fee after 7 days.

  • After 30 days, unclaimed firearms may be returned to us, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Compliance and Safety

ATF Compliance

  • We strictly adhere to all ATF regulations and guidelines for firearm transfers.

  • Our staff undergoes regular training on compliance updates.

Background Checks

  • Conducted as required by law before releasing firearms.

  • We comply with state-specific waiting periods and additional requirements.

Transaction Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that does not meet legal requirements or our company policies.

  • Suspicious orders are subject to review and may require additional verification.

Customer Responsibility

Legal Compliance

  • Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws regarding firearm ownership and transfers.

  • We provide resources and links to help customers understand relevant laws, but we cannot offer legal advice.

Identification Requirements

  • Proper identification is required for all firearm purchases and transfers.

  • Acceptable forms of ID include valid government-issued photo ID with current address.
