General Policy

  1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for most products. Firearms must be returned through an FFL holder to comply with federal regulations.

  2. Condition Requirements: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Firearms must not have been fired or altered in any way. Any signs of wear, scratches, or modifications will void the return.

  3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before returning any item, customers must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. This ensures that all returns are processed efficiently and that customers are aware of any additional requirements. The RMA process typically takes 2-3 business days.

  4. Documentation: A copy of the original receipt and any other relevant documentation must be included with the return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via phone or email to initiate the return process and obtain an RMA number. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.

  2. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Ensure that the item is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage.

  4. Refund: Once we receive and process the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are processed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Exchanges

  1. Exchange Process: To exchange an item, follow the same steps as initiating a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange. Please note that exchanges may incur additional shipping fees.

  2. Exchange Fees: If the new item is of greater value, customers will be charged the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, a refund for the difference will be issued. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

  3. Exchange Limitations: Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a store credit or refund.

Firearms Returns

  1. FFL Transfer: Firearms must be returned through an FFL holder. Customers are responsible for arranging the transfer and any associated fees. This ensures compliance with federal regulations regarding firearm transfers.

  2. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all firearm returns. This fee covers administrative and handling costs associated with processing the return.

  3. Unclaimed Firearms: Firearms not claimed within 7 days incur a $5 per day storage fee. After 30 days, unclaimed firearms may be returned to us, subject to a 20% restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely pickup.

Non-Firearm Returns

  1. Accessories and Parts: Most non-firearm items can be returned within 30 days. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  2. Ammunition and Certain Accessories: Ammunition and certain accessories marked as non-returnable cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory reasons.

  3. Special Order Items: Special order items, including custom firearms or accessories, are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This ensures that customers receive their refund in the most convenient manner.

  2. Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and process the return. We strive to expedite refunds to minimize any inconvenience.

  3. Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the full purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility

  • Compliance with Laws: Customers are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and transfers. This includes obtaining necessary permits and licenses.

  • Proper Identification: Proper identification is required for all firearm purchases and returns. This ensures that we comply with all legal requirements and maintain a secure transaction process.

  • Maintenance and Use: Customers are responsible for maintaining their firearms according to the manufacturer’s instructions and using them for their intended purposes. Regular cleaning, lubrication, and inspection are essential to prevent wear and tear.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed.
